Partner terms

These terms cover the Colour Your Love partner programme for celebrants, planners and venues. They are written in plain English; they are not legal advice to you, and they do not replace the consumer guarantees that apply to the couples you serve.

1. Who can join

The programme is open to registered marriage celebrants and to wedding businesses that work directly with couples in Australia. We may decline or end a partnership at our discretion, including where these terms are not respected.

2. How it works

You receive a personal claim code and a tracked link. When a couple arrives through that link and buys, the purchase is attributed to you. You never see the couple's quiz answers, profile or conversations — only the commission that results from a purchase.

3. Commission

• You earn 20% of the amount the couple actually paid, excluding any amount refunded or reversed.
• Attribution lasts 365 days from the click. Where more than one partner is involved, the last click wins.
• Earnings become payable after a 14-day hold, so refunds and disputes can be settled first.
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related commission is clawed back.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer, once your payable balance reaches A$20. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any tax that applies to your income. We do not charge you to participate.

5. What you must not do

• Claim that Colour Your Love is therapy, a diagnosis, an accredited pre-marriage course, or a substitute for professional care.
• Promise a specific outcome, or present the programme as endorsed by a church, a regulator or the Commonwealth.
• Send messages to people who have not consented, or use purchased lists.
• Share, sell or misuse any couple data — you do not receive any.

6. Brand and materials

We provide a partner kit (link, QR code, card copy and one-page explainer). You may use it to describe the programme accurately. Do not alter the claims, the prices or the commission figures, and do not imply that we endorse your own services.

7. Privacy

The partner dashboard shows aggregate activity and commission, not the identity of the couples. The couple's answers are never shared with you. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.

8. Term and termination

Either side may end the partnership with 30 days' written notice. We may end it immediately for a breach of these terms. Commission already earned on completed purchases is paid on the normal monthly cycle; attribution for future purchases stops when the partnership ends.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to you.
