Refunds and cancellations

This page explains how refunds work for each Colour Your Love offer. Nothing here limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies to you.

1. Digital guides (Wedding Pass)

The Wedding Pass gives immediate access to 36 downloadable PDFs. Because the files are delivered instantly, we do not refund a change of mind after they have been downloaded. If a file is missing, corrupted or does not match what was described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

2. Human sessions (Duo Debrief, Journey, Signature)

These offers include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if both partners feel, within 14 days of the first session, that it was not worth what you paid, tell us and we will refund it in full.

You can reschedule a session as often as you need with 48 hours' notice, at no cost. Inside 48 hours the session is counted, because the time has been held for you.

3. Coach subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund a partial period except where the law requires it.

4. Duplicate or unauthorised charges

If you were charged twice, or you do not recognise a charge, contact us with the date and the amount. We will investigate and refund anything that should not have been charged.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@colouryourlove.com with the email address used for the purchase, the date, and — if you have it — the Stripe receipt. We answer within five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Your statutory rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law: they must be delivered with acceptable quality, be fit for purpose, and match their description. If a guarantee is not met, you are entitled to a remedy — a repair, a replacement, or a refund — and nothing on this page removes that right.
